Mafia boss Paul Vitti (Robert De Niro) is in the Sing Sing prison. He is at the end of his prison term, and he is behaving strangely: he walks up and down his cell, then starts singing songs from West Side Story. Vitti’s former psychotherapist Ben Sobol (Billy Crystal) is called in to see what is the reason for such unusual behaviour. Sobol is not happy about having to tread Vitti again. He has his own problems. His father has died. Besides, he does not want to provoke the ire of his wife Laura (Lisa Kudrow), who was not happy when he treated Vitti the first time around, in Analyse This.
