Georgia (Nia Vardalos) has come to Greece to pursue a man. A few years later, she's is alone and aimless there. Finally, she, being an ardent lover of history, finds job as a tour guide. But she soon gets bored, and has lost her "kefi". When tight-lipped Poupi (Alexis Georgoulis) assumes the place of the regular driver, the weary Georgia thinks that she is the most unlucky. However, exceeding the desire of Georgia, the latest batch of tourists is more active and she manages to form a real link with a widower, Irv (Richard Dreyfuss), who projects a happy face though his wife is dead. With the help from Irv, Georgia understands that true love may be nearer than she believes.
