It was a cold, cloudy, snowy day, accompanied by rain and thunder (and lightning, of course). Temperatures were somewhere between -15° and 60°. The wind was at gale force, blowing the snow into mountainous drifts so that people could not see out of doors in the first two floors of their igloos (houses) and their pets cound not go outside to do 'you know what'. Fortunately the hospital was built by the little pig who used bricks and mortar, so the big bad wolf couldn't come in. He was freezing and wet and begging to come in, so someone let him. He wasn't really cold, but he was wet. Once inside, he went to the hospital cafeteria and figured out he didn't like the food there. He was still hungry so he ate everyone and we all lived happily ever after. It's been awhile since I told stories to kids. Can you tell? |
